AI Assistant & CRM Implementation for a Real Estate Agent

The Challenge

The real estate agent was drowning in work and wasn't able to track leads properly as well as provide a quick service, thus losing a lot of high value leads.

The Solution

A modern CRM system to help track leads & suitable properties at a glance along with easy to understand dashboards for a bird's eye view.We also decided to connect and AI agent the will help match leads to properties, pull up information and create calendar event for showing properties.

The Implementation

We built a CRM in Airtable allowing for easy connections between leads and properties, follow-up alerts, status tracking & easy collaboration with other agents in the office.For the AI agent, we used Make.com, giving it access to telegram for easy communication with the realtor and tools like searching the data base, offering matching properties according to the realtor's requests and creation of calendar events.

Meetings & Reminders

The Challenge

A relocation specialist wanted to make sure leads are showing up to their meeting since he had several occasions of no shows.

The Solution

A meeting software coupled with Airtable to track leads & meetings and reminder notifications both on Email & Whatsapp.

The Implementation

We've registered to cal.com to make meeting scheduling easier and hands off.I created 2 tables in Airtable to track leads & their meetings.
I added an automation in Airtable that was triggered a day before the meeting and sent an email to the lead and one to make.com.In Make, I got the lead's data from Airtable and sent him an automated Whatsapp reminding him of the meeting.

- Significantly reduced the number of no-shows
- Saved countless hours on scheduling
- Higher close rates since everything looked more professional and methodical

The Challenge

An eBay seller wanted an easy way to track his sales, operating expanses, returns, fees, COGs & net-profit.

The Solution

A spreadsheet that will auto calculate & easily show everything in an easy to digest dashboard with timeframe selection.

The Implementation

I create a spreadsheet in Google Sheets with multiple tabs where the client was able to export his data.I added tabs for settings, the behind the scenes calculations using advanced formulas, a visually appealing dashboard for easy tracking and an automatically generated income statement.
